Luxe Coastal Getaway 4/3 Naples Vanderbilt Beach

Our two week stay was fantastic. The house was super comfortable, very tasteful and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a hit along with the outdoor lounging areas. Our Host Asif was very responsive to all of our questions and requests and was so nice to deal with. The location was perfect for us to get to the beach. We actually rented a golf cart during our stay which made it easy to get to the beach or pop into the fun local beach bars and hotels for lunch or dinner. We had a great time and look forward to booking our next visit.

Upon check in - we received the door code & email from host that says if we need anything to call him. we arrived for the first time and tried the code. Doesn't work. I call property manager-he says he will change it but can't give me new code over the phone. why tell us if we need anything to call if the fastest way to get results is through the app. Property is okay- thought it was extremely expensive for the property. No wow factor just okay. Pool and hot tub are nice and clean but on the north side of property with no sun. That should have been mentioned ion the ad for sun worshippers. Dishwasher top rack is broken and fell off when we first used the machine. Pool controls are fickle so is Ac thermostat.Outside fireplace doesn't work. Called several times and it wasn't fixed.We called several times about Lukewarm water in the master. Property manager stalled and tried to push off several times. Finally, I found tankless water tank and saw there was an error code and relayed that to the manager. He said it was all normal. I had to go online & call Rheem myself to get an explanation of error code& once i relayed that to the mgr he sent out a tech to fix-In the end the water temp never got hot and I gave up.But my biggest complaint was the two TV's. Only one remote and both exact same TV's. SO, when you turned one on- the other would go on as well and take over "control" and it was very frustrating to get the TV you wanted-to work.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We have stayed at various homes in the Naples Park area, and this one tops all of them. It’s a wonderful, new modern home. Thank you and we hope to return!
