Great house and communication if we come back to Naples this will be a place we would love to stay at again

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this property. The cleanliness and overall condition of the home were far below expectations. The living room furniture was so dirty that I couldn’t even sit on the sofa, and the rug underneath had visible urine stains. The kitchen cabinets contained dirty dishes, and the freezer was unclean.Beyond cleanliness, there were several maintenance issues. The remote in the master bedroom was broken and wouldn’t change channels. The bed had flannel sheets, which felt out of place given the 75 degree weather, and uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed a camera by the pool, which raised privacy concerns.On top of these issues, communication with the property management company was extremely disappointing. I had trouble finding the house and called for assistance, but no one returned my voicemail. When I reached out upon arrival about the condition of the home, I never received a response. After checking out, I sent a message through Vrbo regarding my experience and again heard nothing. When I followed up via email, the response I received was, “Why, are you going to leave a bad review?”I had hoped to resolve these concerns privately, but the lack of communication and care made that impossible. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Felt bigger and more spacious than the photos, which was great. Super clean and had everything we needed. 5 minutes from the beach and easy communication from the host. Thank you!
