Bikinis and Martinis

The house is very well equipped. Beautiful décor, location is very convenient close to restaurants and Vanderbilt Beach. We stayed there from 6/15/24 to 6/19/24. This is our second stay at the property and will definitely come back.

Everything was exactly as advertised. Communication with property manager/owner was fantastic! We loved our stay there.

We rented the house for our tournament team. Great house. Nicely finished. The kitchen could use some additional items. Needs a few blankets. Overall great house. We would rent again.

3 Days in toilets had a ring on them. Leading us to believe they weren’t cleaned. Was not happy about the pool from the start. Pool and hot tub can’t be on at the same time which I didn’t know until after I paid extra to have pool heated. The pol never got warm. Bikes had flat tires I did message the owner and they brought more. Advertised with 4 nice chairs outside there was one and it was broke. Owner did order more and had them delivered two days later. There was not enough towels for 7 adults - they had to bring more towels. The house was beautiful. Just had a few issues as indicated above.

Everything was as listed. Wonderful host and great communication.
